The front desk service was unpleasant throughout our stay. Since the room is basically an upgraded tent, we expected a pleasant public space to sit in, but the only space available was the dining room, which was uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The staff’s welcome was exceptional. The location is top near the Kunene, just a short distance from the Epupa Falls at the Angola border. The manager is very attentive to guests, the food is excellent, service impeccable, and the pool refreshing after a long drive.

The location right on the Kunene River was spectacular. There was no information on how to reach the Epupa Falls on our own, so we couldn’t take great photos or see the falls in full glory.

The location was nice, right on the water; the Epupa Falls are beautiful and worth seeing. The manager was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of information. The staff were very nice. The food could be better—more fresh fruit and a wider selection of meat.

The location is perfect for visiting Epupa Falls, just a 5‑minute walk away, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. However, there was no Wi‑Fi available, and the staff barely listened when you asked for basic information; we had to wander outside to get Wi‑Fi and details.
