The location was the main plus and the staff were flexible with checkout time; however, the cleaning was poor, especially the floor in the room was very dirty; some rooms had no towel, and the employee was quite rude when we requested one and we had to wait for her availability to get it and shower; the breakfast was less than a third of what the picture showed; one room had a broken bed foot that was only fitted, and when we reported it she asked if we had “tumbled” on the bed, which was obviously a bad excuse, and we had to sleep on the broken bed because no other room was available.
