“We were happy that the booking was for one day. The best part of the stay was when we checked out.”
It’s in the middle of nowhere, and the photos are completely misleading; otherwise, nothing.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel and would like to share some feedback for the benefit of future guests and the hotel management. The primary concern was the location. The hotel is situated uphill in Tapovan, and the road is extremely narrow, steep, and in poor condition. Reaching the property by car can be quite challenging and may require a highly experienced driver. Guests should be clearly informed about these access limitations before booking. The room itself had several maintenance and housekeeping issues. The geyser was not functioning upon check‑in, which should ideally have been inspected beforehand. Additionally, there was a strong sewage‑like odor coming from the bathroom, making the experience quite unpleasant. The balcony view was also underwhelming, mostly surrounded by concrete jungle rather than any scenic landscape as promised at the time of booking. Another issue was the discrepancy in room amenities. The booking website suggested that tea/coffee‑making facilities were available; however, the Deluxe Room did not include a kettle or tea‑coffee maker. These were provided only after we raised the issue with the hotel manager. The amenity details should be accurately listed room‑wise to avoid confusion. Housekeeping standards could also be improved. The buckets provided were not clean, and essential toiletries such as body wash and shampoo were not placed in the room before our arrival. We had to request them separately. The breakfast experience was not very convenient either. There is no buffet service, and guests are required to place their breakfast order at around 8:00 AM, with the food being prepared and served around 9:00 AM. This may not suit guests who prefer an earlier start to their day. Additionally, there was a power outage for approximately 30 minutes on the day of our arrival. The property does not have a generator backup and relies only on an inverter, which lasted for about 10–15 minutes.

The location is too inside where if you don’t have a personal car you can’t leave the premises as no Uber/Ola work here. The rooms were not clean, bedsheets had stains on it, bathroom stinks, and so does the entire hallway/corridors. No lifts, meaning if you have bags and your room is on the 3‑4th floor you have to lift your luggages yourself. No tissues or dustbin in the bathroom. Ordered cold coffee and the glasses were smelling. The glasses kept in the room had dust on them. Construction noises throughout the day. TV doesn’t work, when asked the staff they said we don’t know how to use it. Wifi was terrible, you might as well use your mobile data!
