“I didn’t spend much time in the room, but enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the property.”

I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known there’s no elevator to haul my luggage up to the top floor and nobody was there to help; I asked for a bottom‑floor room because of my heavy luggage, but they couldn’t accommodate me, so I won’t return. The building smells old and there’s no elevator.

“Don’t waste your money and definitely don’t pay in advance!”

We did not stay there at all. The hotel is not good. I asked for 1/2 of my money back as we could not stay and had to go somewhere else. The African woman at the front desk would not discuss it with me nor would she answer about a partial refund. Last time we stayed there the rooms were nasty
