“Terrible service, app doesn’t match reality”
The staff were practically nonexistent and the whole experience felt like a nightmare. The app kept promising a bunch of services, but when I showed up nothing matched what was advertised. In short, the service was terrible and the app was completely misleading.
“Good bed, but lots of hidden problems”
After a 48‑hour flight, finally having a real bed to crash in was a relief, and the front desk let us wait before the official check‑in. Unfortunately the walls were paper‑thin, so we could hear everything happening in the kitchen, and the shower had no hot water or temperature control. Booking said “no extra fees,” yet they added a 19 % surcharge at the hostel and won’t let you cancel.
“Great location, but lacking basics”
The location is the only thing that makes sense about this place. Inside, there was no toilet paper, no soap, and for two people they only provided a single towel. It felt like a basic oversight that ruined the stay.
“Disappointing, hidden fees and unsafe”
The place was full of odd guests and there were no cooking utensils at all; the few items that were there were already taken by other renters. For the price it was a dump—no toilet paper until the next day and I never felt safe. To make matters worse they only accept cash or bank transfers and slap an extra fee on transfers without warning. Definitely not worth it.
“Poor service and unsafe, dirty room”
From the moment we arrived, the reception staff seemed clueless about even basic directions, and they messed up the billing, turning the invoice request into a real hassle. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom had no door and no soap, and despite promising towels they gave us none. To top it off, the door lock didn’t work, making the room feel insecure.
