We couldn’t leave because the hotel had a temporary change of use. They immediately found us another hotel nearby at the same price. Very friendly.

We didn’t sleep there because it was overbooked. Another hotel nearby was arranged, but they could have told us earlier, not just at check‑in. Communication.

The staff is fantastic? Extremely friendly to us and our kids! The restaurant is truly superb! The rooms are old, but still clean. The owner mentioned that the rooms will be upgraded soon, so he knows. Personally, we didn’t care much about the room itself—sleep is where you sleep—, we really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs!

Everything was okay except the restaurant was closed on Sunday and there was no breakfast on Monday.

The staff were relaxed and friendly, which I appreciated. The room was quiet and comfortable, though the building feels a bit dated and could use some updates. It’s in a nice spot, but it’s not particularly close to Amsterdam.
