As other reviewers have said the service and personnel were of the highest standard. Welcoming, friendly, but not intrusive, extremely accommodating to special requests. Such exceptional hospitality service is becoming rare, but this property is a model of guest services. The food was excellent whether it was a snack or a full meal. Beautiful spa and many places to hang out and relax quietly. The room was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. When we checked out we notified the front desk that the tub/shower drain was emptying very slowly and there was standing water. Not a real problem during our stay, but wanted to inform them

I was impressed by the delicious sushi served in the bar and the fantastic gym facilities at this hotel. However, I was disappointed to discover that extra facilities came with additional fees, and that the hotel did not respond to complaints through their portal. Given that I would have had to pay $120 per day for facilities I didn't even want to use, I might have chosen a different hotel if I had known about these charges upfront.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with the town nearby being a great bonus since my family lives close by. However, I did find the price to be a bit steep. The hotel's overall quality and location made up for the cost, but it was still a significant expense.

Every minute of my stay at this hotel was truly magnificent, thanks to the exceptional staff who were professional, personable, and helpful. However, I did struggle with the strong scent that they pump through the lobby, which left my nose running and burning. It's a shame, as the staff's efforts made the rest of my experience truly special.
