The station is super close, and shopping nearby is easy. The room is a bit small but sufficient for a short stay; the air‑conditioning is powerful, the bathroom is spotless, supplies are always replenished, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job, making it look like no one else had stayed there for three days. Soundproofing is decent; I only heard a faint conversation, which didn’t disturb my rest. The sockets are a bit loose.

Close to the metro, you can walk through the underground passage. The hallway floor outside the room seems raised with wooden planks, so footsteps are obvious; walk lightly to avoid noise.

Excellent location, close to the Blue Line metro station and nearby shops, and the view of Taipei 101 from the window is awesome. We had a great experience at Eastin Taipei Hotel. The only downside was the lack of a bathrobe and ice cubes in the room, but overall it was very good.
