The rooms and the view were good, yet the area isn’t within walking distance—you have to take the free van the hotel offers to reach the beach, there are no adult attractions, only a game room with two sinucas and a ping‑pong table, and dinner means going to bed; no daytime or nighttime activities for adults were provided.

Dinner and breakfast were fine, but the room I booked at the hotel was sent to an annex apartment that was dirty, infested with moths, smelled of mold, and had dripping noise that kept us awake; the two single mattresses were broken, we had to walk a long way to the hotel for dinner and breakfast, especially at night in the rain; the uneven terrain posed a serious fall risk, there was no TV in the sleeping area, external noise was loud, we didn’t get a resort experience but a low‑cost “Airbnb”‑style stay, and I paid a lot for a very uncomfortable lodging.

Increíble !no se porque tan bajo el puntaje . Fuimos con mi hija de 7 años y disfruto el club kid .la pileta climatizada re calentita , la pileta exterior y la pileta natural de peces oceanica, muy rico y abundante el desayuno y l cena incluidas , y la vista del balcón al mar lo mejor volveríamos sin dudarlo ! Muy amable el personal ! Lujoso todo ! Tiene su tpo pero todo de calidad !. Nada que agregar

The surrounding green area is sensational, the restaurants have stunning views, and the food is excellent, but because the property is inside a condominium the beach isn’t exclusive to the hotel as it might seem, and the rooms feel quite cramped.
