How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spacious and you could add an extra day while traveling, but the shower door was uneven, kept opening, and it was hard to keep the water at a steady temperature.

The staff were great and the pool was loved, but the hot water didn’t seem to be working correctly.

The room was comfortable with a great pool, hot tub, and exercise room, and Kyle at the front desk was great, but the photo of the room showed a sofa that wasn’t actually in the room—only the king room had one—and the room wasn’t handicap accessible; a dog barked next to us, so we had to move rooms and buy an air mattress for a child who would have used the sofa as a bed.

The staff were friendly, the heated pool was nice, and breakfast was good, but the beds were uncomfortable and the pool towels were tiny.

I only had breakfast once and it was really good; the room towels were nice and the desk staff was extremely kind and helpful, making sure we were satisfied. However, the towels by the pool were tiny and low quality, and there was no clock in the room.
