The only thing I appreciated was that they swapped us from a room that smelled like rotting pickles to one that didn’t. The place was dated and rundown, with curtains made from an old blanket. Dead bugs were in the drawers, the towels were ratty and falling apart, and the overall smell was terrible. The new room had a TV that didn’t work, and they claimed they couldn’t move us again because they were full, even though we saw online that there were still plenty of vacancies. The wall decoration was a birdhouse, and someone had stuffed socks in the door hole, raising questions about how well the room was cleaned. We packed up and left.

Die Zimmer sind sehr herabgekommen, Fliesen im Badezimmer kaputt, Dusche dreckig und alt. Unsere Schlüsselkarte hat nicht funktioniert, das Personal war überhaupt nicht erreichbar, wir mussten eine halbe Stunde warten bis sich jemand telefonisch gemeldet hat und uns über das Handy angesagt hat, wie wir die Karte wieder aktivieren können. Wir haben eine gebuchte Antelope Tour daraufhin verpasst und auf ein Entgegenkommen der Unterkunft wurde nicht eingegangen.
