The staff were amazing, the property was nice and very clean, and check‑in ran smoothly and quickly. However, the air‑conditioning in the room was too loud; whenever it kicked on it woke us up, and the walls were thin enough to hear other guests’ televisions. When the AC kicked on, we had to crank our TV volume up to a ridiculous level. The pillows were too soft. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the game, but we were dropped off at the Stake N Shake, had to cross a major highway, and then walk two blocks to reach the game.

The front desk was very kind and the space felt airy and clean, but there were some technical difficulties with the lock that the front desk resolved immediately.

Didn't eat breakfast at Hotel !. Personally the Front Desk Associates Could be More Personalable ! Greeting Guests , Smiling , it wasn't till day before leaving that front desk 2 ladies were Very Greetable !! First Impressions Say Alot ! Being Friendly
