How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent. Shops are nearby, easily reached by public transport, taxis, or car. The restaurant food quality was also great. I had chosen the package that included breakfast for an extra 280/-, but the hotel and restaurant didn’t honor it and charged the regular breakfast fee. They said the restaurant is a third‑party provider.

I only liked the location, but the check‑in and check‑out were both awful; I had to wait nearly thirty minutes for check‑in even after telling them my ETA.

The place was clean, but the space felt cramped.

The location was good, yet the rooms were tiny and overpriced, leaving almost no room to move around.

Only the location mattered, but the staff were unavailable when needed, the hotel wouldn’t allow deliveries to the room, and the Wi‑Fi was a major issue that forced me to book a room for just six hours because I couldn’t work on my laptop.
