The wellness facilities were great, yet the first room lacked a standing shower and the new room became extremely hot; only on the last day did we notice that a lot of heat was coming from the bathroom, and even after reporting it, no real solution was provided. In winter it wasn’t an issue, but in summer, when nights are already warm, it was quite uncomfortable at night.
