I booked this place because it was clearly advertised as a hotel‑restaurant, yet the “Chef” is absent on Fridays and weekends, so we end up paying a hotel‑restaurant rate while having to go out to eat. Also, breakfast is only available until 9 am, which is a bit early for the weekend.

Good beds, roomy bathroom. We were there with our dog, which we couldn’t mention beforehand, so the dog had to use the stairs. We’d have preferred a ground‑floor room. It’s also a shame that a lot of people smoked on the outside gallery; the smoke drifted straight into the room. The remote didn’t work properly—adjusting volume or searching channels was almost impossible.

Nice location with greenery. Friendly staff; you feel welcomed and seen. Good beds. Hygiene is top. Delicious food (dinner & breakfast). Parking available. The room décor is dated but functional and acceptable for the price. No elevator! The lighting is flat (cold white fluorescent bulbs). The shower is in a bathtub—dangerous.
