The location is good, but the town of La Fortuna feels overly touristy.

The staff were friendly, the place was small and easy to meet people, and we had a relaxed movie night thanks to the TV; there’s a large garden area that could use a swimming pool. When I extended my stay, the price was higher than the original booking, whereas normally extending in person would cost the same or less.

The spot is right in the centre, cheap and spotless. Wilson was incredibly friendly, gave us tips and managed to snag us good prices on a bunch of tours. I’d definitely recommend it.[/BODY]

The hostel’s facilities are solid and everything we needed was there. Wilson was helpful, handing us the details for our itinerary, and Molly made the stay feel extra pleasant. We could chill anywhere and there were plenty of activities to join.[/BODY]

My room was clean and tucked away from the main strip, which kept it quiet. The air‑conditioning was nicely cold and there was a little outdoor seating area to relax. The staff could arrange tours and the manager even let me check out later for my afternoon flight, which was a big help.[/BODY]
