I adore this hotel; I've stayed here several times and the staff are always friendly, creating a welcoming vibe, and it’s close to the Krabi night market.

“面子好看，底子差。”

The location was decent, but the rooftop hostel’s lobby felt outdated, the shared areas were scarce and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired; to make matters worse, my backpack, which I had stored in the room, was moved and turned over by someone, and a housekeeping cart was left right next to it.

“Tolerable for a short stay”

The night market is nearby and we liked the tiger cave temple; check‑in and out were smooth, the AC worked, and we received daily water bottles and toilet paper. However, everything in the room was slightly dirty, with stains on the bedding and towels and dust on the bed—likely it hadn’t been changed before we arrived. We found a cockroach on arrival, told reception, and they only handed us bug spray and left; the staff barely spoke English, so a translation app is essential. The downstairs café was nice, but when we stayed there for a few hours waiting for our flight, we were asked to leave while we had already ordered food and drinks. We felt watched each time we entered or left the building, and the staff on the phone downstairs seemed more interested in their calls than helping us. Also, you can’t lock the door from the outside without the key, which is odd but not a major issue.

“Great value for a comfortable and well located stat in Krabi Town.”

The staff was amazing, super helpful and housekeeping did an amazing job. There was a cute coffee shop in the lobby with great coffee. The location was close to markets, restaurants, and shopping. The room was comfortable. Nothing else to complain about.
