The staff were exceptionally nice.
“The best”
Amazing. Wowwwww
“Fun in Brooklyn”
Great spot to explore Brooklyn and I loved walking over the bridge; the room offered wonderful views of NYC. As a family, we had trouble finding kid‑friendly food even though the restaurants were fab, so we opted to eat nearby where many other eateries were available.
“Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön aber das Personal sehr unfreundlich”
The location is simply fantastic, but the staff are super unfriendly and really rude, the elevator chip kept failing, the room service only brought towels and a new blanket so we had to change the bed ourselves, we had booked a view of the Statue of Liberty but the tall trees blocked it, Sunday nights were a loud party until 3 am, and we stayed on the 5th floor which was very noisy.
“NYのホテルとしては、話題性があるし、景色も良いが、再来は無い。”
The view of the Brooklyn Bridge made the stay feel spectacular, almost as if the scenery were an extra charge on the room rate. Although the hotel strives to be sustainable by placing plants inside and out and shows thoughtful design, the price still feels a bit too high.
