After reading reviews we realized the owner was improving the place. It was easy to check in, with lockboxes at the entrance. We parked in the yard, entered the room, and settled in. The house has a kitchen, and the room’s air‑conditioner was great, heating up quickly. The bed did creak, which was a bit annoying.
The place was quiet, clean, and slept well, but the room was very dark and you have to turn on the lights during the day, which feels almost like escaping from it.
In this scorching summer we really appreciated the working air‑conditioning, thank you for that. The kitchenette was equipped, letting us cook our own meals. Access to the keys via a coded box didn’t require the host’s presence.
The listing promised a hot tub, but after checking in I was told it was under renovation, and the view through the glass was disappointing.
