How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Parking was easy, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The furnishings looked a little worn, and the hotel is quite a distance from Shanklin’s centre, so you need a car to reach the restaurants. The central car park costs only 2 pounds after 18.00.

The old Victorian building was charming and in a peaceful area, and we enjoyed sea views from our room and the garden; the staff were helpful and friendly throughout.

The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and will help in anyway they can, location is really good with a nice view over the bay from the grounds, the food is also very good, we didn't have a bad meal, the portions are also very generous, we would visit again!. Perhaps without offending, the dusting in the Rooms could be better, or maybe it was just ours?
