How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There was no sound‑proofing on the doors, so we could hear people in other rooms; there was no shower in the bathroom and the lighting was terrible, only a small showerhead; the space between the bed and the wall was too small, making it hard to move across.

The location was great, and there were no problems.

The hotel was very central, but for our vacation style it was too much in the middle of the nightlife scene, and it was hard to sleep at night even though the windows were well insulated.

The central location was fantastic and the decor beautiful. At almost £200 a night you’d expect more than a broom cupboard‑sized room (101); the bed felt like a mortuary slab.

The location was spot on, right in the centre of town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and the beach just a walk away, but the rooms were uncomfortable; we stayed in a room that smelled awful, requested a change, got a new one where the air‑con didn’t work, and because we were too exhausted to ask again we just stayed and told reception when we left.
