The front desk service was terrible and the breakfast was bad and undercooked. I was told I should have canceled if I didn’t like it. I had to wait 15 minutes to get the room at 4:15 p.m.

The bed was very comfortable, but the place was filthy. The hallway rugs were absolutely dirty, and I found five dead spiders and webs in the room.

The location was great, yet the TV didn’t work and there was no way to get it fixed. The refrigerator in my room also malfunctioned, and overall nothing worked properly.
