We stayed at this hotel in Florence and were truly excited! The location is simply perfect: just steps from Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo, ideal for walking around the city center. The room was very clean, modern, welcoming, and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. A special mention goes to the staff, always super helpful, kind, and attentive to guests’ needs. The breakfast was wonderful: a wide selection, freshly prepared products served directly at the table, to be enjoyed on a beautiful terrace with a truly enchanting view. A fantastic way to start the day! The facility is absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to experience Florence in a strategic location, with comfort, cleanliness, and impeccable service. The staff were great and accommodating. The breakfast options were perfect, and I liked being able to sit outside on their terrace while enjoying my morning cappuccino. The location isn't close to the touristy areas, which was fine as it provided for quiet nights. It's in walking distance to the train station, which was perfect. Even though it's close to the station, you don't hear the noise. The room was a perfect size, and it was quiet and comfortable.
