“Positivamente sorpresa”
It was our first time in Trentino and, since it won’t be the last, we’ll probably come back to Hotel Michela for the friendliness, cleanliness, food, location and staff availability. The breakfast buffet was superb and the dessert buffet after dinner was excellent. Staff were always ready to accommodate any menu changes, even at the last minute. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. A surprise evening theme with live accordion music was a nice touch. The carpet in the rooms feels outdated, the hair dryer isn’t powerful enough for long hair, and the shower enclosure feels a bit fragile, though nothing was missing in the room.
