“Stožec farma u Mauritzů”

Lokalita i penzion samotný jsou krásné, ostatní jsme nevyzkoušeli. Velmi nepříjemná paní majitelka. Přijeli jsme ve 12:30 do penzionu s restaurací, check-in byl ve 14:00. Doufajíce, že si po dlouhé cestě dáme v restauraci oběd jsme vstoupili. Paní nám vynadala, že o nás vůbec neví, že musí nakrmit ubytovaných 20 děti, že jsme naivky když kupujeme pobyt přes booking, že jsou to podvodníci a ať tam tak brzy neotravujene. Ale že se o nás potom postará, že má volný pokoj (ten náš rezervovaný 🙈) a když po dětech zbyde kaše a sekaná, dá nám i najíst. Ubytování nám skutečně nabídla, ale stále tím panovačným způsobem, jsme trdla, je toho přece plná televize, že booking podvádí, ale ona bude tak hodná, že nás tedy nechá a peníze si na nich vymůže sama, ačkoliv to bude velice těžké. Zbytky od oběda taky budou 😁. Prostě hrozná zkušenost, rozhodli jsme se, že si raději zaplatíme nové ubytování v příjemnějším prostředí. Mrzí mne, že nám ani nepomohl, slíbili situaci do 24 hodin vyřešit, ale už se mi neozvali. Zaplatili jsme si novou zkušenost do života

“Děs, za mě určitě ne..👎”

The photos were pretty, but reality was completely different. The price‑quality ratio was terrible, the place looked like a 1990s retro, the shower didn’t leak much but wasn’t very clean, the sink had hair, lights from the Christmas decorations flickered into the window all night, the sofa had a stain (I don’t even know where it came from), there was a pile of garbage in the bar, the beer definitely wasn’t drinkable (it smelled), the staff was average, breakfast was earlier than usual, but overall hygiene was missing and everything felt “messy”. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it; the room for four guys was very small and the price including breakfast and P?! outside the cabin by the forest where no one was, 6100 tis/noc is completely out of line for this! Terrible, never again. The photo on Booking is probably from when it opened, but now it’s a horror 😣.
