The rooms were nice and comfortable. The check‑in process took forever; their system seemed inefficient, even the staff.

The staff were very responsive and the sense of scale was impressive; the tennis court inside the building was extremely convenient and the breakfasts were excellent. When we left they gave us heartfelt, handmade gifts and saw us off in a very touching way. However, they didn’t tell us the outdoor pool was closed, cleaners showed up despite the “do not disturb” button being on, at 7:30 am there was drilling and hammering from above, and there was a faint smell of smoke in the room that cleared after airing out.

The hotel's rooms were generously sized and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. However, the charge for pool access was a major drawback. Overall, the hotel's strengths were overshadowed by its lack of inclusivity when it came to pool use.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it fell short in providing basic amenities and failed to deliver on its advertised pool facilities. The room's layout and dining area were well-designed, but the lack of a kettle and cups made it difficult to enjoy a hot beverage. The outdoor pool was a major letdown.
