The spot was spot-on, right by restaurants and shops, and the highway gave a quick drive to the hotel. My room was roomy, with a big desk, comfy seating, a nice bed, and it stayed quiet. Parking was well lit and had plenty of spots. The front desk team were friendly and helpful. The shower, however, had barely any pressure and never warmed up, which was a let‑down because I really wanted a hot shower. The property looks a bit worn and could use an update. The bedroom drapes had big tears and the carpet was stained. Breakfast could use more gluten‑free options like fruit or yogurt. The AC units were noisy.

The location was good, but the staff were broken, dirty, and rude.

Conveniently located near everything I needed, the hotel was playing music while security staff were on duty. The tech team took five minutes for the shower water to heat up.

The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. Breakfast was mostly good thanks to the variety. On our final night, the nightstand lamp and clock wouldn’t power on. In the morning, the mini‑fridge and microwave were also non‑functional; we reported it to the front desk when we checked out. The eggs were a bit off‑flavor, which wasn’t a deal‑breaker but we’d hoped for better quality. I opted for a waffle and yogurt that morning. I’m not sure if it was just room #131 or the whole water system, but it took 3‑5 minutes for hot water to reach temperature, wasting a lot of water waiting for a shower. That might need attention.
