Our family of seven, spanning three generations, absolutely loved the stay; the apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and had everything needed for a relaxing visit, while the terraces were a real highlight—every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine there, a perfect way to unwind after exploring London.

La posizione è eccezionale (voto 10L. Camera grande e comoda con bagno interno (voto 8). La cosa peggiore in assoluto che merita è che per ben due mattine alle 9 non c'era acqua in camera (sorpresa con doccia in corso). La spiegazione è stata "manutenzione boiler" ma bastava avvisare e non avrei iniziato doccia. Quindi la giustificazione non è sufficiente (voto 2). Altra cosa sono le scale per salire in stanza c'era una scala (in tre rampe) stretta, piccola e a chiocciola. Una scala del genere va segnalata perché non tutti possono farla. Salire con le valigie davvero pericoloso (voto 3)

The room was very spacious and in a great location, which made getting around really easy. Overall, it was a comfortable size for the stay. There were a few issues that could be improved. We didn’t receive the door code until about an hour after check-in time, which was a bit stressful after arriving. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water during our stay. The room was quite noisy at times, especially with the sound of the door locks, which occasionally woke me up at night. The room isn’t serviced during the stay, and some of the amenities could use attention — the ironing board was stained and the iron wasn’t really usable
