I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The location is excellent, right in the center of Kyiv on Shota Rustaveli Street, with plenty of affordable eateries nearby, like Puzata Hata and Eurasia, and a large Silpo supermarket just a short walk away for late‑night groceries. The Palats Sportu Metro Station is only a one‑ or two‑minute walk, which is a big plus given the current situation. The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive, explaining everything and always ready to help. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay: a well‑equipped kitchen, laundry if needed, a clean and well‑maintained room, and complimentary toiletries and basic first‑aid items in the hallway. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment is surprisingly quiet at night because of the curfew, so I slept very well. Overall, this is an excellent choice for a practical, comfortable place in central Kyiv. Khreshchatyk and many of the city’s main attractions are within easy walking distance, and I would gladly stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean, conveniently located, and had a pleasant, tidy hallway with a kitchen. We had a self‑check‑in and check‑out. Over two nights we didn’t encounter any other guests, even though there were several rooms available. Two points that might matter to others but weren’t a problem for us: rooms facing the central street can be noisy late at night because of restaurants on the first floor, and the shower cabin in our room might feel cramped for a larger person. Still, we were satisfied.
