I stayed in a place that felt like a studio apartment, but it was still a hotel. Halfway through the stay the blinds broke and I couldn't see outside, though the room had a great view.

The environment was quiet and very comfortable. The housekeeper entered my room at 8 am without warning, which made me feel quite embarrassed.

The location is great—close to the airport, a market, and excellent restaurants—so if you're just passing through Guarulhos it's perfect. The shower was very good and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were so soft that they formed lumps inside.

Everything was fine except the bed, which I found too narrow for two people. The bed was too tight; it should be at least 1.60 m wide.
