The location is super central, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was great, but the front‑desk staff weren’t very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the bed in the room was excellent and the room was very clean, breakfast was very varied and well‑run by the staff, and the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Güstrow and its food scene, but the bathroom is very small, has only a bathtub with a shower option, and when you shower the water easily floods the tub, which is probably unacceptable for an older guest in a 4‑star hotel.

It’s a great hotel; the Comfort‑room was very large with a double bed that was lovely, but I’m not a fan of spiders and there were spiders in every corner—one even hung over my bed at night, and I couldn’t sleep because I feared it would fall, but nobody else seemed to notice.
