The food selection was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant only opened at 7 AM; we arrived two minutes early and had to wait a few minutes for the buffet to be set out, as a staff member was late and they apologized for the delay.

The pool and staff were great, but staying in the tower made the room so hot that sleep was nearly impossible.

The staff were awesome and polite and the pool area was good, yet the room needed major upgrades: it smelled old, the desk chair was peeling, and the tub drained very slowly.
