The Igatu villa is amazing—like a hidden oasis in Chapada Diamantina. It feels like a place to truly unwind and soak up the ancestral vibes. The staff are warm, the coffee is tasty, and the setting is gorgeous. Nights are peaceful, perfect for stargazing and just being still.
The hotel’s spot is great, clean and organized. Alex and his wife are super attentive. Breakfast is fantastic—highly recommend it!

The hosts are friendly, the garden is lovely, and the breakfast is nicely prepared by the host. The bathroom is a bit cramped and only has a fan, no AC.
Nestled right in Igatu’s center, this inn is a real treat. It’s my second stay and it’s always cozy. Tatiane’s hospitality makes everything feel light and welcoming. The rooms are well thought out, and the breakfast spread is tasty and plentiful. Can’t wait to come back!
