The room was decent, all the gear was there, and the view was great. Breakfast, however, was just okay. On the first morning the restaurant manager told us kids wouldn’t be charged, but the next day other staff insisted on a fee. The selection was limited, and the pancake batter kept running out, so after a few pancakes there were none left.

The view was beautiful, and because the place was new it felt very clean and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that the 20th‑floor lounge shut down at 9 pm.

I forgot my charger, so that was a relief. When I opened the door to the bed, it felt like there was no lighting, and the mirror’s spot was awkward to use.

The lounge hours felt too short; it closed at 9 pm, so if you check in late you barely have time to use it. The next day the brochure said the lounge would be open from 10 am to 3 pm, but that didn’t happen. It would have been nice if it were still available after check‑out.

The staff were very kind and courteous, the view was lovely, the rooms were spotless, and the food was delicious.
