The staff was helpful and usually pleasant; my room stayed cool thanks to the AC, which was a relief from Houston’s summer heat, and it’s close to major attractions with a supermarket just about 3 minutes away, plus the laundry service runs efficiently. The hot water in the bathroom was almost never available, and the room was infested with cockroaches even after pest control visited.
