How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The room was medium‑sized but sufficient. There was no menu available on site.

“Comfortable, but worrying that reception closed overnight”

The hotel was clean and seemed to have been refurbished recently. Reception was closed after 10 pm and not open until at least 9 am, so I was unsure what to do if I had a problem overnight.

“Comfortable enough and staff treated me well with respect as I did to them. Thank you.”

The room was comfortable. The elevator was having problems at the time, but that wasn’t their fault.

“Star Anglia”

The room was really nice, spacious and clean, with a hairdryer over the desk and a window, a comfortable bed, and a wall‑mounted TV. The shower doors didn’t close completely, leaving the floor wet, and a slight fault in the temperature control made the water scaldingly hot for a long time.
