How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Clean, very friendly staff, plenty of space in the lockers, and a quiet atmosphere. The location is great—very central—but keep in mind that at night the same centrality can make the environment less pleasant. For us it was fine because we prioritized convenience and having everything nearby (metro, restaurants), but it might not suit everyone. The air conditioning made a lot of noise at night.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The common areas look very nice, industrial style, and the metro stop and train station are very close. However, my experience wasn’t entirely positive because in my room (three beds in a female room) there was a girl who snored like a bear and didn’t even flinch when I walked in at around 9‑10 pm. It was extremely cold inside because she had the air at 18º but still slept in long sleeves—life’s contradictions. Besides the terrible snoring, she slept all night with the light on, as if she didn’t know how to turn it off, until one of those times she woke from her own snore, saw another person, and finally turned off one of the lights. Then she woke up very early and made a lot of noise moving items in and out of the metal locker, which made a lot of noise, and she didn’t apologize (she only apologized when her alarm rang for 2 seconds and I was already awake from her snoring). She kept the lights on for a long time and left them on when she left. She was not respectful to other guests, which is why I didn’t give a higher score, because she didn’t let me sleep even for one hour.

EXCELENTE ubicación, a pocos minutos a pie de todas las zonas importantes. No es culpa del hostal, pero hay muchos huéspedes que no respetan el compartir una estadía con otra gente en la misma habitación
