Customer service was lacking; after the charge, they didn’t bother to stay attentive. They weren’t clear about what they actually offered when you arrive, so it didn’t match expectations, and there were many restrictions that made it hard to relax and break the routine.
The pool.
Everything was very welcoming and clean, and the service was outstanding; I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

The welcome was great, and the young staff member who made breakfast was excellent. The place was comfortable, clean, and the service was very good. The only downside was that we had to leave at the scheduled check‑out time, which was a bit annoying.
