“Great views with continental breakfast”
The property had a secure gate with a PIN code that made us feel safe, and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was included and continental. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The mattress in our room wasn’t great—it seemed to slope to one corner, so my husband had to wedge the duvet to stop him rolling into me. My daughter’s bed was comfy.
“Avoid this place”
I didn’t like the small size, old bobble bed linen that didn’t match, old washed‑out towels, a dirty bathroom, and a bin full of rubbish; when I called the proprietor she shouted at me and ignored my texts about the sub‑par accommodation, so I’ll never return; the countryside is beautiful, but her place is not, and everything screams 1970s with no updates, even the bed linen and towels look like they’ve been around since then.

The place is amazing with great staff, food, and views, though it felt a bit cold at first.
Allan and Charlotte are a welcoming couple and the spot is gorgeous with amazing views, so I’d advise anyone to stay here.
