The new building is beautiful, and the location is fantastic—just a 10‑minute walk from the Duomo, with a nearby underground car park. A special shout‑out to Mr. Giuseppe who welcomed us right upon arrival; he was friendly and courteous, a real bonus for the place!

The place was completely makeshift, lacking any professionalism or competence. An old, cranky person stared at me oddly from the start and even insulted me when I left. Stay far away from this ridiculous mess; they have no idea what their job is and cannot handle guests politely or professionally. They act like it’s their own home… a shame.
