The location was nice and requests were met. The place wasn't like the photos; everything was dirty, the water wouldn't flow, the hair dryer burned out. They fixed those issues, but it was unnecessarily expensive.

Very close to the main areas, with a cute outdoor sitting area. But tucked into a street, the pick‑up and drop‑off was stressful.

The location was good. We were extremely disappointed even before settling in. When we entered the room, there was dust on the furniture, and in the fridge we found spoiled food left behind. When we reported it, staff said they could just remove the fridge because it wasn't working. We asked to be moved to another room, but the situation was the same – heavily soiled and dusty curtains, doubts about whether the sheets had been changed. The towels smelled like cigarettes and dampness. Moreover, there was no hot water and no remote for the air conditioner. Later they brought a remote from another room and fixed the water, but that didn't compensate for the other problems. Under these conditions I would never stay at this hotel again.
