“Great location, friendly staff. Breakfast disappointing”

The property is in a good location, the staff are lovely, and they still have non‑smoking rooms and will unlock windows on request for fresh air. Very accommodating. The breakfast was mediocre; everything was cold and because it’s halal, there wasn’t enough choice for western diets.

“In its day it would have been a high end hotel but it has been left untouched. The restaurant is managed abruptly &”

The rooms are spacious and the bar facilities are good, plus the MRT is close by. The building feels old and has an odor, and there is mold on the walls.

“5 Star Hotel stay best ever”

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in; everything ran smoothly, it was spotless, and the food was gorgeous 😍. The city access was superb, with buses 🚌, trains 🚆 nearby, and taxis arranged by staff with fixed rates—truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone who worked there.
