The location was good and the staff were friendly, yet the room wasn’t cleaned, there was no shampoo or body wash, the fridge had no water, dust covered the floor, and the price felt high for the quality.

I paid for the 7th through the 9th but only stayed the 7th and never got a refund.

The location and management were good, and although we didn’t like the property at all, the management refunded the remaining nights. The rooms were unsuitable for families; a strong bad smell came out when the door opened. They weren’t cleaned, the carpets were old and stained, and overall the experience was horrible.
