The hotel fell apart; the window panes were dirty, the bathroom was unclean, the reception was understaffed and overwhelmed, many guests complained about various issues, breakfast had to be handled by a single woman who was quick but couldn't manage everything at once, the cheese selection was sparse, and parking cost 10 €/day.

I vår bestilling var det med hund. På rommet lå en melding at hunder ikke var tillatt på rommet og ville bli belastet med 200€. Ingen i resepsjonen kl 21.00. En automat som måtte ha absolutt alle opplysninger om begge reisende. Ingen ansatte å finne. Vi leste på nettet at det var middag til 22.00, men fikk opplyst i resturangen at de stengte 20.45. Vi skulle inn på baksiden av hotellet. Der fantes ikke lys. Doringen var gått tvers av og kunne ikke sittes på. Katastrofe, burde vekk fra
