“Buena ubicación”
The hotel’s location was peaceful and there were many nice places to eat, the room was comfortable, and the décor of both the rooms and the public areas was attractive. However, housekeeping left a small piece of paper on the shower edge for the whole stay, the breakfast claimed to be five‑star but was sparse with limited variety, and aside from the hostess, the breakfast staff’s service was uneven; we were also charged for two double‑espresso coffees at breakfast without any notice that they weren’t included. The front‑desk employee Sofia Estrada seemed poorly trained, lacked decision‑making power and was unprofessional when trying to resolve issues.
The location was good, rooms were clean and the staff, though sometimes rushed, were lovely. Organising Ubers was easy because they could pull in and drop off without hassle. The breakfast didn’t feel 5‑star, there were no fresh juices and the coffee was terrible.
The location in La Condesa is good. The breakfast isn’t very good and the hotel gets very busy, so sometimes no tables are available. The food is geared toward foreigners, not a Mexican breakfast.
The rooms were great.
“Great. I’d stay there again!”
The property was excellent and the location was superb. I really enjoyed the whole experience and the staff were amazing—receptive and accommodating. Some of the room equipment and features were outdated and needed updating; once they’re refreshed, there shouldn’t be any problems.
