The man running the place was easy‑going and didn’t bother us. The door lock was a little confusing, but the guy stayed outside and walked me through it.

The staff were very professional and courteous, and the two gentlemen running Executive Inn in Kilgore went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service to my fiancée and me during our recent extended stay there, but I hated the fact I had to move on; the hotel is great, very affordable, and in a convenient location.
