We stayed only one night but loved it. The room was lovely, modern, bright, and well‑appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. It was very quiet. The staff were super friendly. The elevator was a bit scary ;-) It’s a bit far from the city, but just a cheap Grab‑ride away.

The room fits four people comfortably, stays tidy and roomy if you don't bring a lot of luggage, and there's a water dispenser inside. Checking in and out was straightforward thanks to clear instructions from the host. However, if you arrive late with a lot of luggage you have to climb two flights of stairs, parking outside isn’t free and must be paid via the DBKK app, and there’s no housekeeping service.

The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making you feel instantly welcomed and well taken care of. Our room was a dream—quiet and cozy, so we hardly wanted to leave. A massage was a must‑do and felt amazing. The location, though not in the very centre, was pleasantly calm and still well connected to the city. We were completely happy there and will definitely return.

We spent a night before and a night after hiking Mount Kinabalu at this place. The hotel impressed us in every way, with beautiful décor and an inviting scent. In the spa area we also treated ourselves to a superb, relaxing massage.

The staff were really friendly and the room was pleasant, and the spa on the floor above was great, but the hotel sits too close to the road and the soundproofing could be better.
