The location was good and everything was clean. Breakfast was too expensive at 12.-Euro per person for what was served, and the selection was like a sugary spread; it would have been better if more had been offered.

The experience was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the price paid. Throughout the stay we had no hot water, which I consider absolutely unacceptable in a hospitality establishment. One would expect at least the essential services to be guaranteed. The breakfast also left us very perplexed. Upon arrival we were told it would cost €10 per person, but at payment we were asked €12 per person with no prior notice of a change. Regarding quality, the selection was very limited and the croissants were dry. For €12 per person, one expects a much more carefully curated breakfast, both in quality and variety. In short, the value for money was absolutely unsatisfactory. It is a shame, because the property could have offered a much more pleasant experience, but the shortcomings and the way the situation was handled negatively impacted the stay.

It’s a charming little agriturismo and the apartments are functional. The breakfast, at €12.00, is a bit meagre, and it’s a pity you can’t eat there except by ordering a meat‑and‑cheese platter.
