The staff service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I was disappointed that the bathroom door didn’t work, some lights wouldn’t turn on, and the Wi‑Fi was not worth it.
The receptionist was very friendly.
The staff’s attention before arrival, the ease of getting things we needed even beyond the service, the delicious breakfast, and the comfort of the rooms all made us happy with our stay.
The hotel’s location was great, but the breakfast, though included, was very sparse—just eggs with bread—and one of the sheets was dirty.

I liked the hotel’s location, the breakfast, and the staff’s friendliness; the staff were very organized and helpful with a guide to local attractions, and the lobby coffee was delicious—over 95 % approval makes it an excellent place with great service, so I’d return. The only downside was the hot water issue and the Jacuzzi we couldn’t use.
