“Dias muito agradáveis”

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very kind. The food was very good. I thought the daily cleaning of the room could be better, especially the bathroom.

“Hotel é maravilhoso e o atendimento é impecável!”

O Hotel é excelente! Localização, atendimento, equipe, organização. Foi tudo muito bom, adoramos o atendimento dos meninos do Restaurante, todos foram super atenciosos e simpáticos. O Sr. Ordilei é perfeito, extremamente educado, preocupado, atencioso e muito simpático. Nota 10 para o excelente atendimento dele e dos demais. Da limpeza, precisam ser mais cuidadosos. O chão do quarto estava cheio de cabelo e pó, a piscina não estava bem limpa. Não que isso tenha sido um problema pois fizeram a limpeza quando fizemos a reclamação, nos trocaram de quarto, mas é um ponto de atenção
